If within the first 6 months of receiving your Beachcomber hot tub you want to relocate the hot tub within your yard, we can move it for you. Ask us for complete details.

Within 30 days of receiving your hot tub if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will remove the hot tub from your property and refund your hot tub purchase, less the cost of delivery, setup and installation.

If, within 30 days of receiving your hot tub you are not completely satisfied with the model you chose, we will exchange it for another model of your choice. Ask us for complete details.

For 30 days after your hot tub purchase, visit us at our Barrie or Collingwood stores to exchange your massage inserts to customize jetting patterns and number of jets in your new hot tub. Build the therapy you want, at no cost to you.

As a Beachcomber owner, we give you filters every other year for life when you choose Beachcomber as your water care provider. We are committed to our customers after the sale too!
